How To Rule Your Business World Part 3
Tribute To The Nwokolo’s.
For two days now,I decided not to share business tips in honor of Late Mrs. FLORENCE CHINYERE NWOKOLO,The wife of Mr Gabriel Nwokolo.
The hour of death cannot be forecast. Sometimes, the distance between what we think and what we want to say is unbridgeable. And no matter how much we arrange and re-arrange the words.Mr Gabriel take heart for the loss of your wife.May her Soul rest in perfect peace.Amen.
Let’s go there.
Avoid Fearing Failure:
It’s almost impossible to go through life without experiencing some kind of failure.People who do so probably live so cautiously that they go nowhere,Fear of failure is a very real and incredibly debilitating barrier holding a lot of businessmen back from ruling their wolrd. Believe me also, Failure can also teach us things about ourselves that we would never have learned otherwise. For instance, failure can help you discover how strong a person you are.Failing at something can help you discover your truest friends,or help you find unexpected motivation to succeed.
You Must Be Committed:
In one of my posts,I said planning alone is not sufficient but keeping your word is also important. For example,If you tell someone you will do something,do it.Similarly, don’t tell someone you will do something if you’re not sure you can. Be honest about your limits.Avoid cancelling plans, and try not to cancel twice on the same person. Make commitments to yourself, and stick to them.Write down your commitments and place them in places you can see. Make sure that your commitments are gradually moving you towards your goals.Review your goals now and then to make sure you are moving in the right direction.
My Final Parting Word:
Celebrate Those Who Celebrate You.Those who discern your worth deserve special recognition.Even Jesus instructed His disciples to respect those who received them and disconnect from those who rejected them.Go where your contribution is celebrated.Jesus did.
Matthew 10:11-13 And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy;and there abide till ye go thence. And when ye come into an house, salute it.And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it: but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.
